Tell us a little bit about yourself and your family...
I was born and raised in the QC. I am married to Matt with have one kiddo, Lincoln (9), and a furbaby Piper the German Shepherd who doesn’t have any idea that she’s a dog. I started in the fitness industry after years of taking cycling classes as a way to keep busy when Lincoln went to school. I had always loved the fast paced aspect of indoor cycling and thought, “Hey, I can do this!” So I got certified and was lucky enough to find Cycle Time! This lead me to get certified in other areas as well including Nutrition and Wellness, Group Fitness and most recently Personal Training. Cycling plays the biggest role in my “fitnessing” right now, but I also enjoy running and have completed several half marathons. Had a couple scheduled for this year, and still hoping to do them, but they were postponed due to Covid.I love cycling and working out because: It makes you happy!! Cycling is so fun and it’s something anyone can do because it’s at your own pace. And you feel like a total bad ass when class is over!!

My Favorite Drills are: Tabata Sprints!!
What is your favorite playlist...?
My Favorite Music is: anything with a good beat. Seriously, we play everything from Brittany Spears, to Huey Lewis, to Garth Brooks in class. I love it all.
What is your favorite junk food...?
My Favorite Junk Food: PIZZA! Deep dish, extra sauce.
