After spending time in our facility and with our team we want our members to walk out of our doors after a workout or a session and feel like they are a better version of themselves.
The Live Active 563 Mission is to change the lives of our members through nutrition, fitness and community.
What does this mean you might ask? It’s simple. We want people to learn to eat right, we want them to work out and we want them to have like minded people to eat right and workout with.
We firmly believe that proper nutrition added to an active lifestyle will improve the health of our members. The healthier our members are, the longer they will live, the more independent they will be through the aging process and the happier they will be.
We want to reach more people. We want to educate our community to learn how to eat right and live an active lifestyle. We want to help your brother, your sister, your mom, your dad, your neighbor, your friends and your grandma too. We want to fill our facility with people our members are closest with.
