I Crossfit because...
CrossFit makes it fun to workout. Each day is a challenge and allows you to go into the gym with a purpose. The group setting creates a high-energy, positive atmosphere and allows members to hold one another accountable. Not only does the training methodology work, but the community that develops within the gym is a big part of what makes CrossFit so special. I've met some of my good friends doing CrossFit.
I coach CrossFit because...
I get the opportunity to improve the quality of someone's life every single day. Helping people achieve their goals and accomplish things they thought were never possible is pretty rewarding. To see the progression, both physically and mentally, of individuals along their journey is really cool. Each day I'm surrounded by genuine people who work hard and push themselves to achieve a healthier, happier life; it doesn't get much better than that!
