TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOURSELF, WHAT YOU LIKE TO DO AND YOUR FAMILY…
I am currently in college pursuing a degree in HR Management and hopefully I will be done with that in 2 years or less! I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and I really love traveling whenever I can!
WHY DID YOU START CROSSFITTING OR FITNESSING?
I originally started CrossFit in 2014 to hopefully help me improve for high school soccer. I started out only going a few times a week and it eventually turned into an everyday thing. I ended up loving CrossFit way more than soccer and decided to pursue CrossFit full time.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT WORKING OUT AND WHY DO YOU CONTINUE?
What I love most about working out is honestly not the working out lol, but socializing with people. Yes, I love getting active and lifting heavy weights, but the people at the gym make me want to come back everyday. However, one thing I do like about CrossFit and working out, is that we are always doing something different than the day before.
HOW HAS YOUR FITNESS IMPACTED YOUR LIFE BEYOND INSIDE OF THE GYM?
Fitness and being active has impacted my outside life because it has taken away the stress during difficult things with school and work. I overall feel better about myself when I workout and find myself having more energy. It is one of the things in my everyday routine that I look forward to most because I love being active and seeing the awesome people at the gym.
WHAT IS YOUR LEAST FAVORITE MOVEMENT?
RUN. Cardio is NOT my thing. Never has been, probably never will be.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT BEING PART OF OUR FITFAM?
What I love most about the gym is the feeling of community. You start to see these same people everyday and they start to feel like family.
