Egg Muffins!
Double Chocolate Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 scoop Chocolate Ascent Protein
- 1/2 cup low sugar vanilla greek yogurt 75g
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 75ml - 100ml
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips 5g
- 1/3 cup old fashioned oats 30g
- tbsp chia seeds 12g
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour into mason jar.
- Store overnight in the refrigerator.
- Enjoy in the morning!
Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie
Equipment
- blender
Ingredients
- 8oz unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 2 tbsp raw cashews
- 1 splash vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp lemon zest
- 1 scoop strawberry protein powder
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!
